We had our house re sodded, irrigated, and they put lights up under all of the palm trees in North Port FL. It's not our year round home, it's probably 6 months a year at this point. In North Port, a lot of the lawns are brown and unhealthy. Our lawn stands out and it does make it nice to go back for a visit after not being there for 3 months or so.
